Sanjay wins 3rd Consecutive Board Elections in Telfair with over 90% votes

Sanjay has been Telfair HOA Board member for the last 4 years and the Board

president for the last 3 years. During his tenure at Telfair HOA, he was able to unite the

whole community and build a good rapport between residents, delegates and the Board.

His transparent and collaborative style of management resulted in him getting elected to

the Board positions with over 95% votes in 3 successive tenures.

As Telfair HOA president, Sanjay focused on improving the services to the residents

and bringing efficiency to Telfair operations. Telfair HOA was able to reduce its fees

twice and currently Telfair’s HOA fees are amongst the lowest in Sugar Land. During his

tenure new facilities such as a lighted Volleyball court, Pickleball courts and expanded

Gym were constructed in Telfair. Sanjay demonstrated his ability to deliver results

through teamwork.
